Product Warranty and Returns Policy

Limited Warranty

Lightning Star Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") warrants the inner sleeve of the male sex toy (the "Product") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers the following:

· Breaks or damage to the inner sleeve of the Product under normal use and service.

This warranty does not cover the following:

· Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or discoloration.

· Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, accident, or improper maintenance.

· Damage caused by using the Product with accessories, products, or ancillary or peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by us.

· Damage caused by any external causes such as, but not limited to, power fluctuations or failure.

· Products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers.

Exclusive Remedy

If a defect covered by this warranty arises during the Warranty Period, we will, at our sole option and subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty, repair or replace the defective Product with a new product. If the original Product is no longer available, we may replace it with a substitute product of equal or greater value.

Warranty Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.  

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  

Fair Use Policy

This warranty is intended to cover normal use of the Product. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that we determine are the result of misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Warranty Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1.      Contact our customer support team at cs@lightningstar.world to initiate the warranty claim process.

2.      Provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or a copy of your receipt.

3.      Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number

4.      Once we receive the defective Product images, we will inspect them to determine if the defect is covered by this warranty.

5.      If the defect is covered by this warranty, we will replace the Product and ship it back to you. We will not cover the cost of shipping the replacement Product back to you.

6.      If the defect is not covered by this warranty, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Returns

Due to the nature of the Product, we only offer a change of mind return within 90 days of you receiving the toy. The package has to be unopened (The brown shipping box can not be opened), otherwise we can not enforce this return policy. We only offer a replacement item for the Product when it is defective and covered by this warranty. Should the exact product no longer be in production we will ship a similar item as close to the original as possible.

Governing Law

This warranty and returns policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and the laws of Australia.

Entire Agreement

This warranty and returns policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.  

Severability

If any provision of this warranty and returns policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this warranty and returns policy and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
