Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and UK.

How is my order packaged?

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure
discretion.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Lightning Star offers two methods of shipping:

  • The Standard Express: This is a free express shipping service provided by Lightning Star. Typical delivery time is between 8-14 days globally.
  • DHL Express: This is an extra-fast shipping option by DHL, available for an additional fee of 60 AUD/ 40 USD for all shipments regardless of location. Typical delivery time is 3-6 days globally.

We know you want your product as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1 day.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us to make changes to your shipping address if your order has not already been shipped. If it has been shipped, there may be additional charges from the transport company.
